I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unresolved payment issue. Despite multiple communications with Lerato and Patricia, I continue to receive calls and SMS messages about an outstanding payment, even though a debit order was successfully processed from my account on 24 January 2026. My previous emails on this matter appear to have been ignored, and instead of addressing the issue, I am repeatedly contacted without any acknowledgment or resolution. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable and has caused considerable frustration. I request that this matter be investigated urgently and that I receive confirmation of the payment being acknowledged and the issue resolved. I would also appreciate assurance that I will not continue to receive calls or messages regarding this matter. Kindly treat this as a formal complaint and provide a response at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
I have contracted this company in 03 December 2023 and paid him 99 % of the job he was supposed to finish the wall project by the end of December 2023 as he ran out of Gamazine paint and promised to finish off the job by the 08 January 2024. It has been several weeks and the work is still not finished, with lack of communication from your company unless I enquire. Titus Nyamapfeni the director is very unprofessional and dishonest. I understand that there may have been unforeseen challenges or delays, but it is important that we receive an update on the progress of the project and a clear timeline for when it will be completed which he has been failing to do. We have already paid a significant amount for this work which is I believe he was taking advantage by requesting ewallet payments every day claiming that he’s bakkie has been broken and needs to be fixed in order to finish off the work. I send my clients their products on Sunday 12th of March 2023 from Pretoria Annlin to Mamelodi, Pretoria to this day my client have not their products. I finally called their customer center 8:45 am on Friday 17 March as I didn't understand why does it take so long to deliver a parcel in the same City and I was told it doesn't show any information for scheduled delivery after it was collected on Monday 13th March at 10:07 in Annlin but Ignecia Kau said that there's no "posibility" of the parcel being delivered on Friday it will get delivered today ( 20 March) it's 11:55 I confirmed with my client that she still didn't receive her products. I then called the customer service and was told it will be escalated to management... mind you It was escalated on Friday to Choene Monyamane who takes forever to respond to emails and only promises to give feedback but till now I don’t have any feedback for PAKAD**********2 I'm now convinced that my parcel is lost and DSV Truly speaking for a big company like this your service is bad!!!. Ooh wow the attitude of your agents in that call centre it is very clear Nobody cares...Fellow people please think twice before using this company.
