Rejects sold at Original Prices. I bought a Sissy Boy Womens Mid Waist Skinny Jean Dark Vintage FOR R699.99 at this Store. The Zip was faulty and after 2 washes the Stitching came loose on the top of the Jean. Please don't buy - very poor quality. Very Disappointing. I don't believe this is a Sissy Boy Jean as this was the worst Quality Jean I have ever seen.
I have been trying to get a refund adjusted on my account for days. All communication is automated. Tried various communication methods. E-mail. Wattsapp, facebook. No reply from anyone. All you get is a automated response. I will not be using Payflex again. No customer service.
Cashbuild Springs, the worst service we have ever had. While enquiring about building materials the sales person just turned around and walked away while we were still busy talking to him. A week later we went back to order all the building materials and arranged for delivery the following Wednesday. The sales people are not helpfull, rude. Our delivery was not delivered as promised early in morning, and if you phone to follow up, the phone gets slammed in your ear. Never again will we ever deal with Cashbuild again.
I booked and paid for a Holiday package to Zanzibar, only for Mango to come back to me and say they had a technical problem on their website and the prices at my checkout was not correct. They refuse to keep the booking and insists on a refund. It is not the customer's fault that they have the wrong prices on their website. It is false advertising and they are misleading the customer. Please don't book with them.
I went for a procedure that I had to pay cash and then claim back from the medical aid. I submitted my claim on the 2nd May, Still my claim has not been paid. I have been a member of Bonitas since 2009. No use phoning because every week they say it will be paid this week. I have submitted all documentation as requested. When it comes to paying back claims it seems that they just don't. I am seriously considering moving my medical aid. They don't reply to e-mails either, and if they do it is 3 days later.
Been trying for 2 days to get a copy of my policy as my car has to go for a service tomorrow and I need a copy to provide to the Service garage. Firstly the Call centre staff incompetent. How hard is it to send a copy of the policy?
