Passed RE5 exam first time!!
I recently completed the RE5 exam and used my brother study material to pass it at the first attempt. With the pass mark being 66%, I knew that I needed a comprehensive guide that summarized all the topics simply. I highly recommend using the study material to pass the exam.

Courier It is the WORST courier service in SA!!! AVOID THEM!!!
I made an online purchase from incredible connection on Black Friday and Im still waiting for it to be delivered. The tracking update is still loaded in vehicle since the 3rd December. I received multiple sms's stating the delivery is on its way but nothing has yet arrived. Tried calling these fools multiple times but they just put you on hold. I cant understand how large retailers can use such unreliable courier services. I email incredicble connection asking for an update otherwise I want a full refund!!! Ridiculous!!

Claim got approved upon admission then rejected 2 days after operation.
Hi I am extremely disappointed in the service I am receiving from Discovery at the moment. Pay so much money but no value, absolutely zilch!! I admitted myself at Constatiaberg hospital on the 15th Jan 2018 after my GP diagnosed me with pilonidal abcess. Upon admission I received an email from Discovery saying that the procedure had been approved. I had the operation done later that day based on the approval I received and was discharged the following day. A few days later I get a letter from the anesthesiologist saying that the medical aid rejected the claim! Why on earth wasn't this claim then rejected in the first place?!! I received a huge bill from the hospital and doctors that I need to pay. Discovery covered absolutely nothing! Not even my overnight stay at the hospital! I cannot pay for the procedure as it was given the green light when authorization was initially done. I spoke to both Discovery and the hospital and they are both refusing to take responsibility for this. I will not be paying for anything! Discovery needs to bring their part! I feel like my premium every month is going to absolute waste!!
