Wix took money of my credit card for an accounts that don't even exist anymore. They refuse to give me an Invoice or any sort of proof that I own the charges but they kept my credit card details and somehow billed it to an account that I do not own
Has the worst customer service and they are *****ing from me. June 2023 paid for data that I never received Dec 2023 called to confirm that my contract is ending on 1 Jan. I asked to cancel the 2 numbers on this contract. Downgrade the main number to a smaller package for airtime and 1 gig data. 1 Jan paid the last instalment of my contract. Mid Jan 2024 - called to confirm all is in order and that contract is cancelled. 1 Feb Debit order for contract amount + new agreement amount + fine for not paying the old contract amount 13 Feb - called to ask them why I am paying the old contract amount Disputed it so they can listen to my call in Dec 2023 where I asked them to cancel my contract after it has ended, 16 Feb - they confirmed that is what I asked for on the call in Dec 2023. Told me they can't help me further. I must talk to the accounts department to ask why that contract amount is still added to my bil. 19 Feb - called again and they refuse me to talk to Accounts because I haven't settled my bill. They can't explain to me why I still need to pay the contract amount... keeps on telling me that they have system problems or their system is slow. After 50min on the call they ended, pretending they can't hear me on the phone anymore. They expect me to pay the full amount, only then they will be able to sort this out for me. Vodacom you are *******!!!
