The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Annual subscription went off a month early with no warning. Been on the phone for 45mins waiting to speak to someone but they don't answer and it is nearly impossible to get a refund. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!
I went to Bride&Co at Parkview about 4 times in one week. The first fitting was great I was happy with the experience. I really wanted a spesific dress and they had to order it for me. Trying on the dress I cofrimed that it was the dress and I will be purchasing the dress. I was told that there is a discount. So as any bride planning and budget is very improtant. So everything was planned accordingly. I then tok my bridesmaids to try dresses on there as well and literally on the same day the discount was ending on that day. I was really upset because they could have phoned me to inform me that the discount was ending. Secondly I discussed on whatsapp the payment methods (so I got the information black on white) that there was discount even when you by on lay- bye- also found out on the day it was not the case. And lastly they phoned me later that day if I was still interested in the dress because someone else wanted the dress? This is when I lost it. I was literally there 4 times in one week! And I said so many times I wanted the dress and that I wanted to pay my dress and the bridesmaids dresses al together- and even though I ordered the dresses the right bridesmaid dresses weren't available! I think the consultants and store managers need to be better informed and there should be clearer communication between employees and HQ as well as customers.
