Very Disappointing Experience – Think Twice Before Taking Their Warranty
Stay away from this company. My experience with Car Care Vaps has been extremely disappointing. I paid R14,000 for a warranty, and after selling the vehicle only two months later, they refunded me just R5,900. The amount they deducted in such a short period is, in my opinion, completely unreasonable. They are very quick to take your money when you sign up, but when it comes to refunds the process and deductions are extremely frustrating. I strongly recommend that anyone considering a warranty with them reads the fine print very carefully before signing anything. Think twice before doing business here.

Very Disappointed with Santam Insurance
I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Santam regarding my household insurance. When I took out the policy, there was no clear communication or stipulation that certain household items would not be covered. However, now that I have tried to submit a claim, I’m being told that some of my items are excluded — something that was never explained or disclosed upfront. This feels unfair and misleading, as I have been paying my premiums in good faith, assuming I was fully covered for household contents. When I reached out for assistance, I only received excuses and no real help in resolving the issue. Transparency and honesty are crucial in the insurance industry, and I feel that Santam has failed in both respects. I would advise others to double-check every clause before signing up, as what you’re told and what’s actually covered may be two different things.

Very Unprofessional
Rudi is a very Rude instructor. He only wants to learn learners who can already drive and he does not want to teach beginners. He makes them feel very unconfertable with lessons telling them they are danger on the road and that they muat go and buy their licences. Very very Unprofesional. Be warned

Best Driving School
I can Recommend this Driving School to anybody who wants a learners or licence.a. Very proffesional. I got my EB Learners and Licence within 3 weeks. Gerald and his team is very helpfull and made the whole proses easy.
