After a quote of R10000 and having paid R9350 my mother was left with incomplete workmanship. Unsuccessful with trying to make contact with a guy called Toni. They also managed to stuff the garage motor up. Stay far away from these people if you are considering roof work etc.
Cancellation Cases 32916880 and 32940883 created 24 March 2020 for service to end 28 April 2020 yet account still open and I'm sure will be billed. These guys won't let you leave. Inconsistent messages with agents on chat. I hate Telkom and I would advise you NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL.
Would give 0 stars if I could, nothing new as with all other reviews about these crooks. Anyway so was switched over to LTE from ADSL specifically told that copper lines are being taken away. Was given a LTE router and then only later learned "I've agreed to a new contract" no signing nothing. Will pursue this because this is robbery. Stay away from another effed up SOC proudly brought to you by Telk*k
I would never refer anyone to sign up with these guys. I had initially signed up for a 4mbps line and then upgraded to 10mbps however the maximum line speed I get in my area is 6mbps. I have logged countless faults which keep on being resolved by Telkom however my problem is not solved. Several technicians have been to my place but each with there own different excuse. I actually feel robbed by Telkom as they are charging for a service which I am not getting. CHARGE YOUR CLIENTS FOR THE SPEEDS THEY GET AND NOT THROW "THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT" IN OUR FACES.
