My partner Thamsanqa Mazibuko was employed by Umqondowethu car movers and worked for 12 days in January, came pay day he did not get payed. When he called them they **** and gave him a Run around saying they would transfer he's pay the next day ,then the next day .Finally when we called them last week the guy said he will call back in 30 minutes. After that 30 minutes came and gone we called him and he was no longer taking his calls .up until today 19 February we haven't received any pay .Im very disappointed at this company., it's clear that they exploit their workers, they prey on Poor and desperate people and use them and ignore them not paying them afterwards
I agreed to take a deal of DSTV explorer with On air in the beginning of Febuary On monthly installment for 24 months, the explorer was delivered and installation was done.My agreement with the agent was that they would debt R198 on the 5th of every month .so as per usual I go and pay for my monthly payment which is R409 .To my suprise Im now charged R582 and on the Im yet to pay another R198..This were I get lost ..the agent did not say anything about additional cost that im now pay for recording and rewinding ext..so I've been trying to contact their contact Centre and the only thing you get is the machine and they put you on hold until you run out of airtime...I want to cancel the whole contract as Im now paying plus minus R800 for DSTV and this is too much
My problem is not with Cambridge food as such but with AMAPARA that stand outside, as soon as you go out with your groceries they grab your trolley without your permission wanting to escort you to your car and then after that they demand money from you...that's just top of the icing basically we don't feel safe standing in line with them buzzy parading themselves ....CAN YOU PLEASE CREATE A SAFE INVIROMENT FOR US TO SHOP
I bought a dstv decoder for R599 at Pep stores which comes with a free installation voucher ,I then went to multichoice to pay and activate the decoder only to find out that it wasn't working, the consultant changed it and gave me a new 1 ,usually the decoder is attached with a sticker at the bottom which is the voucher,so apparently when they changed the decoder the voucher from Pep was left in the damaged decoder which was left at multichoice ,so I called the installation guys and they came and installed the dstv,a day later the owner of the installation company calls and tells me that he didn't get the voucher and i must do something about it cause they will end up coming to remove what they had installed,so I went to multichoice and explained my situation and after a while they came back and apologized for the inconvience and was told to go home they will take care of the situation, today I wake up with a missed call and a message from the installation guys telling me that I must go to pep and fix this ,which clearly means multichoice did nothing to help me instead made the problem even worse, why wasn't I told from word go that I must take the decoder to pep stores return they stupid decoder and now I'm given a run around...multichoice staff are incompitant, who is going to pay for my transport fees cause now I'm being given a run around and have to go to pep again I'm not working. ......I'm very disappointed with multichoice and their circus that they are running
