Lazy moose and what they could be
The bar / waitron staff is really amazing and super helpful but the service delivery from kitchen is atrocious waiting almost 2 hours for a single persons food isn’t acceptable but when / if the food arrives it could be worth it.

Terrible service from afrihost.com
Terrible ISP they have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I asked for my fiber line to be transferred from my account to another afrihost account that was going to be taking over the line for that premesis starting from the 8th of March till the 28th of March!! When the line was then cut off as they didn’t follow my instructions to transfer the line to the new account. I have now had the worst experience trying to correct their mistake getting ZERO help from them until yesterday they realized they made a mistake and fixed the line issue until today where the same issue starts all over again!! Between myself and the other account holder we have used over R1500 airtime already This service is the worst I’ve ever experienced and the first thing you hear when you call them is the how they provide sure internet joy

Bad service
I took out the deal between istore and FNB where after doing a straight purchase FNB would change it to a budget and deduct R699 per month and this was meant to be done within 3-5 business days which on the 5th day I enquired about it with FNB and they said the transaction hadn’t even been loaded they then loaded it but no balance was made available today when I called them they said it’s tough and I must wait another 3 days because of the mistake made by them when I asked for a supervisor / manager I was given an incorrect email to send documents to so that I can resolve this
