I am writing to warn other consumers about the complete failure of [Hotel Name] to honour a legally owed refund. I made a reservation SYKOUZX forThursday, 05, February 2026 to Saturday, 07, February 2026. I cancelled the booking on 04th February 2026 within the free cancellation window. Despite confirming the cancellation and assuring me the refund would be processed, I have still not received my money back. What I Have Done to Resolve This: I contacted the hotel telephonically. As per our conversation, I immediately sent a follow-up email with all the details and attached supporting documents. I have followed up again and received no resolution. It has now been [X business days/weeks] and the hotel has my money with no sign of returning it. They are happy to take reservations but refuse to uphold their end of the transaction when a cancellation occurs. Status: UNRESOLVED I expect the hotel to process this refund immediately and update this review accordingly. If you are considering booking with this hotel, be aware that getting your money back may be impossible.
I have returned mtn contract cell phone & tablet for cancellation but I'm still paying for the package. When I call them I'm taken from pillar to post. I haven't used the package
