According to the Brixton capitrc consultant they tried to contact me as I explained I was hospitalize and did not have my phone. The consultant and the person had bad attitude towards me and tried to make me a liar and said there's nothing showing ony bank statement even afterbi emailed 3 of the statements as proof I blocked my card on the my banking app I only have 1 debit order which is my funeral policy with Capitrc. The transaction reference numbers for so called online purchases are the same I can't swipe my card in Johannesburg when I'm on holiday in cape town. I don't appreciate the way capitec is treating me. I'm sick of unqualified people making Me a liar. I just want money back as it was reported nobody came back to me until I myself sent an email 10 days later

i laid a complaint about a product I purchased. 1. the product Ponds Age miracle Intensive cell regen. 2. i was told to return it and specify what the reason was. 3. i did so and nothing happend untill i called head office and complained My face had a very bad reaction to the product my face broke out in a ****ile rash and left scars i still have problems were the rash reoccurs even if i only wash it. WHAT NOW WHO DO I SPEAK OUT TO THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
