Weet to replace tyres at Supa Quick What a plesent owner Les and sales Pieter, they gave me a good price and good service. Les move a lot on the floor and know exactly what is going on in his shop, whith feedback of the process every now and then. Pieter was stung by a bee and is alergic to bees, whith sweat running of him he keep doing his job with a smile and offering coffee. Two very plesant people as well as the rest of the staff. My tracktor radiator was damaged and I wanted to buy a new one, tho owner of SA tracktors recommend that I first get a quote from Chop radiators as the new imported radiators are not of the same standard as the old ones. I did take it to Chop where the owner inspected it and three cores were ****aged. Within 20 minutes it was fixed and at a very low price. I realy recomend SA tractors spares and Chop radiators. They realy advice and act on behalf and of my pocket People with knowledge and care for their customers
My parents 87 years old in Cullinan is batling to get someone to assist with their phone that is not working. Me and several other people have reported it on 10213 as well as on email. I also reported it at the Telkom shop at Kolenade who wrote a report on their system with the promise that I will be contact within 24 hrs wich did not happen as expected. We got a sms that their accout wil be credited for the months that the phone was not working, Instead they got an account of more than R800. There is no contact no on their bill's and on numbers googeled you only get up to a Computer. It is now more than 9 months. This old people need their phone as they are batling with technology. This is a very poor service. No one to contact. And telkom shops personnel are useless. Any idea of a person who can be contact
My Rideon lawnmower v belt had to be replaced, I contacted Pretoria Grassnyer Kliniek as they are the agents for the masjien, and I bought it from them. They said that they dont have spares available and will order it for me, 2 to 4 weeks waiting time and it wil cost about R2000, and I have to pay a deposit. I then decided to try North lawnmower Services I spoke to Albert he requested the serial no of the machine an said it will cost appr R850 for the belt, he said as they are very busy he will order it and inform me regarding the price. At 9 that night (surly not his working hours) he confirmed thst the order was placed as well as the price. Three days later he phoned me and said thst the belt is there and I can come and pick it up.
After an interview with EEgineering on Ontbyt sake with Dawie, I decided to do an investment from my pension to go on solar power, and to go off the grid. A total investment of about R200000 was made, of wich R168400 was paid for the solar system and instalation. This had to be paid on delivery of the equipment and when installed. First big mistake to trust them that it will work The system did not supply enough power, as it do not face North for a start after several mails and calls they send the technician to come and rectify it, (without my power demand list). without success this went on from July until end Desember, in this time I had several power trips on the system and could not be assisted by the Technicians, I was informed that I may not contact the technicians or the salasman Pieter who sold this system to me. December one of the Technicians who went on a course at Mecer and would have come back to solve my problem after they promised that it was goindg to be discussed at their Wednesday meeting, and that they will come back to me early January. They never came back to me after several calls and about 5 emails So instead of saving R5-6000 a month the E-Enginering solar system is still costing me R3-4000 per month. I would never recomend E-Engineering to any body, even if they are highly recomensded by Dawie as the salesman Pieter said (I dont think Dawie would like to be linked to them) and if you ever concidering solar power never pay more than 50% up front until it is working and be sure of after service, of wich there is nothing at E-Enginering
