He took me through the entire process with a constant smile, explained everything he was doing and ensured that I fully understood it all. Two weeks ago, I took my car in for tyre replacement ad wheel alignment. However, the shaking still persisted and I had to take it to Renault to be diagnosed. It turned out that my steering rack needed to be replaced. Renault quoted me a ridiculous amount of money (which I definitely didn't have) and a friend asked me to look for Natal Power Steering and suspension in New Germany, which is close to home. I booked my car in and Graham was super attentive. He explained to my partner and I what the problem was and quoted us an amount much less than the car manufacturer's quote. Six hours after dropping my car off, it was ready for collection and working perfectly. Graham showed us the steering rack which he had removed from my car and told us that the damage was extensive and extremely risky, considering that I drive long distance to work and home daily. The amount he charged included wheel alignment. Their level of workmanship is commendable and I give them my 100% recommendation if you need anything steering and suspension related for any vehicle. I recently bought a phone from Foschini as a gift for my daughter's birthday. It was the wrong model and she specifically wanted one with a better camera to enable her to work on projects for her studies. Although my slip specifically stated that cellular products could only be exchanged if there was a fault with the product, I still tried my luck. I messaged Foschini on Facebook and received a response within five minutes. I was informed that I could take the phone back to the store to exchange it for the one I wanted. It was all sorted within a few minutes and I left with the correct phone. #greatbusiness
