Biggest ****mers, please be aware. They keep asking for money, some sort of fee.or whatever they want to call it just not to pay. These people tale advantage of vulnerable people.
I was hospitalized in Dec 2017 at Entabeni Life Hospital. I received a call from some lawyers a few days ago that I owe the hospital an amount of R3000. I find it so strange that I could not be reached to be informed that my medical aid had not paid this account. To claim form my Gap cover, the claim needed to be done within 4 months. This time has now elapsed as more than 12 months have passed. Such a shame, when I contact the hospital they could not get hold of me but sent me numerous SMS's and letter of which I did not receive but received all the calls from their lawyers. I will never use Life hospitals again, quick to hand you over but makes not effort to ensure the patient is aware of the outstanding bill.
I took out a contract from MRPmobile. After receiving the phone I found out a month later that if you run out of airtime, the sim gets locked until you load more anytime. So you are unable to receive calls and this was not mentioned to me at all. I then decided not to use the sim card as it was useless to me and only used up the data every month. Suddendly... after a couple of months an amount of R888 was deducted from my bank account and when I queried it with them, I was told that I requested for recurring extra data of which I did not. On 3 December 2017 I asked the agent I spoke to (Lungile) to please cancel the card as I have not requested any such data. On 15 Dec 2017 another amount of R875was deducted from my bank account of which I phoned again and was told some lame story that it was for the previous month. Today on 2 Feb 2018 an amount of R890 was deducted from my bank account and when calling their call centre was told again that it was for the previous month. So how many months must I continue paying for a service I am not using and confirmed that the sim card has been blocked. I think this is just a rip off people, so be warned and do not take out any cellphone contract from MR Price Mobile. This could be a scam where they are using accounts or cards that are not be used.
