Someone committed fraud with my details and I was called by a consultant who asked me to send documents to clear my name and now they are sending me an sms that my account is in arrears which I don’t understand.
I took a contract with mtn last week on Friday 05 April 2019 and they said they have a promotion I will be getting 35 gig of data within 24 hours its been a week now and I still haven't received the promised data apparently It's no longer 24 hours it's 14 days. I am worried because they have already send me my contract package which was supposed to be sent on 14 April 2019 so am not sure if I will still be getting the promotional data or not.
I applied for a place to stay at northfield manor and they said the place will be available on the 1st of February on that date when I was supposed to move in they informed me on that day that the tenant who was staying there is refusing to move out. They therefore suggested that I take another flat but after viewing the place I was not interested as it was far and not convinient for me to go to work then I asked for my deposit back on Thursday till to this day they have not returned my money.
