Dismal Courier services by Buffolo International Logistics
A Shein Order was place on the 26th of March 2024, the order was shipped on the 31 March 2024 to South Africa. A Customs tax levy for Order BUFZA6033524229YQ was paid simultaneously on the 31 March 2024. Since the 1 April 2024 the order has been sitting at Customs, Buffalo Logistics failed to provide any updates on the cause of the delay. The order BUFZA6033524229YQ has been stationed at the Airport as from 1 April 2024 to the current date 5 April 2024. There have been numerous complaints lodged online by customers against the Logistics Company due to the continued inconvenience caused by the delay and failure by the company to institute alternative processes to ensure prompt delivery is made to customers. The delivery of my BUFZA6033524229YQ order is way overdue. Kind Regards

Estate Agency Failure to pay Rental Deposit
I entered into a one year rental contract( R 7800) with Bianca Properties based on Silver Lakes Road. The contact expired in the 31 December 2017, i moved out of the premises on the 31st December, the property was cleaned, all the keys returned. Paragraph 6.6 of the contract states: 6.2.2 The deposit or the balance thereof will be refunded to the Lessee as soon possible, but no later than 30 days after the termination date. Bianca Properties to date has offered no valid reason as why the deposit has not been paid. The Estate Agency Act requires that the deposit be kept in a Trust.
