This is the worst internet provider ever, every few months I am told that I did not submit proof of payment while they admit that the payment was received on the 24th as scheduled with my banking app. How stupid is this? They see the payment came through but because they fail to check on their system if payment was received, they rely on the proof of payments from customers. Then they say I need to pay R200 for the SIM card replacement fee, and that has happened 4 times already. For those who are happy, good for you. I cannot deal with them ever!!!
This pathetic so-called Courie Guy could not deliver my SIM Card from Openweb the second time around, whereas the first time it was delivered without any challenges. They claim I could not be contacted. I had no missed call notifications whatsoever, their contact person was so rude, telling me that no such address exist. The worst part I sent them a Google Maps link to my home. They are useless pieces of nonsense.
