DO NOT USE BESPOKE INTERIORS ONLINE
This supplier is not trustworthy, we have instituted legal action to try and obtain our money back of R20620 for lights. We only received R2500 back with no lights. We have now determined that she is using another bank account and have *****ulently recorded bank details that are not that of the business, despite specifically stated in the invoice as being the business account.

VERY DISGRUNTLED
I have engaged with Bespoke Interiors Online in order to purchase pendant lights which were indicated to be in stock on the website. In short, I paid R20620 on 12 April 2024 and cancelled the order on 12 April 2024 (within 4 hours) and since then I have cancelled and requested a refund on 18 April and again on 30 April and again on 7 May and again on 13 May and to date I have not yet received same. I have all communications and will gladly publish same publicly. It is clear that she is either unable or unwilling to refund me in whichever scenario, I have provided her with ample opportunity to refund me and no payment has yet been forthcoming.

VERY DISGRUNTLED
Yolanda Heyns assisted me initially with great vigour, however after a few requests for a refund, a demand and various emails and whatsapp messages, I have not received any refund or goods. Yolanda now seems to have disappeared and does not respond to any refund requests or fails to communicate back. I paid R20 620 and have not received any goods or my money back! This is totally unacceptable

Poor customer service, use of unauthorized suppliers and claims in hospital not paid by discovery
I have had a horrible experience with Lancet and I will never make use of them again. If I or my children are ever in the hospital again, I will refuse that Lancet be used as a supplier! I have sent countless emails and spoken to numerous people and despite this they still handed me over! I have now paid my account under protest but still wish to express my utter disbelief at the poor way they handle things
