Never deal with this agency, they don't communicate then also don't refund deposit and also claim deductions that aren't valid or charge exorbitant prices for simple fixes. As you can see by other reviews this is how this company operates (I assume there sister company 1nine5 properties aswell). We vacated on 31 July 2025 and still haven't received a cent of our deposit today being 16 September 2025 At the same time the owner Barry Bester and his agent Jean-Claude think they are above the law or even just doing business in a decent manner is impossible for them.
Good day, I have lodged a claim on Monday 05/02/2018. Then told to wait for usage report, then I call again and get told I will only get feedback next week. By looking at your Hellopeter this is your companies standard practice but surely not up to industry standard! I would appreciate if management could get involved and assist in escalating this! The reason we take insurance so we are not left stranded without a phone, not the case with Finrite!
