CATALYZMO SUBSCRIPTION DISASTER
I subscribed to receive the printed edition of the Rooi Rose monthly. From the very first issue my subscription has been a disaster. Every month I have to email because I have not received my magazine. I am now AGAIN waiting on the July and August editions. I will never subscribe via Catalyzmo again - I would rather buy in the shop and pay more.

Snatcher - CEASED OPERATIONS

Snatcher Lead Time
Leadtime is definately not 10 days. False advertising. Lead time is a month or longer. Do not respond to e-mails either.

Snatcher - Terrible Service
I am still waiting on 3 orders that I placed on 16 July and paid for. I have sent them numerous emails, and get a "generic" email back. My orders all still shows processing. There is no lead time of 7-10 working days when it comes to Snatcher. Very conveniently there is also no phone number where you can speak to an actual person - I wonder why???? I will NEVER order from these people again.

N1 City Spur
We paid a visit to N1 City Spur. We are from Jhb. We were apalled by the absolute lack of service. No one shows any interest in the customers. Waiters take very long. You wait ages for the bill.

SAFAIR BAGGAGE CLAIM - POOR SERVICE
I completed a claim form at CPT Airport at the Swiss port Baggage Services counter on 29/09/2022. My suitcase was badly damaged (broken) the lock broken open and the inside of my suitcase a complete mess. Pictures were taken by the lady that assisted me, all my document were copied. I have in the meantime followed up with Safair 3 times. Every time I get told that the Agent handling the claim will contact me. To date not one person from Safair has contacted me.
