Walker Wargame is genuinely the best one stop shop when it comes to Airsoft and firearm accessories. Hendry, Pierre and the rest of the team always goes out of their way and above to insure great costumer experience and service. I personally always ask Pierre for his advice on any weapon or accessory before I buy. Go visit them at the Johannesburg branch and have a solid experience. #WIN
It's probably the 4th or 5th time I have chosen Dreamware as my go to tech provider and once again, they did not disappoint. The product might have been a bit more expensive than their bigger competitor, but their fast and helpful service made up for it. And what is more, if they don't have a product on their website, Brent is more than happy to find it for you. I highly recommend them.

Every time I emailed their customer service with questions (Which is a lot because I am a airsoft noob), they gave me excellent service. After buying from their website, I got feedback within a hour and every time my purchase had an update I was notified. Airsoft-hq.co.za - Just fantastic.
I have ordered and paid for a book on the 20/02/2018. It is the 2/3/2018 and I still have no confirmation or feedback. When I did manage to get through to them they only responded with "we will look into it". It has been 3 day now and no one has come back to me. Their phone doesn't seem to work and they don't reply to their email and or live messenger.
After waiting 2 days for email feedback and 5 missed calls I eventually found information on my purchase and was able to pay online. I waited 2 days for a conformation of my payment from BnT. (I paid 9am the Monday morning, so there is no excuse for late payment). Wednesday I got feedback on my payment conformation. Thursday, after calling, I received a email about the tracking number and shipping service used. The tracking number is unusable until it arrives at the shipping company's branch in Joburg from BnT branch in Cape Town, which will only be the next Monday. (Although I have ordered items from Cape Town before, which only took 2 days, it is not my biggest problem. Just another irritation). My problem is that you do not get any feedback from BnT. And when you do its false information. According to them I should be able to track the parcel from Friday morning, and would receive the parcel the same day. Which I found out after calling the shipping company was both false information. And worse of all, I the customer, have to do all of this, just to find out what is going on. After speaking to one of my friends this same week, he also had problems with BnT. Website out of date, paid for and out of stock item (which showed in stock), and now struggling to get his money back. ****** Pathetic, cheap items for cheap service.
