If your pet is seriously unwell and not in the best of conditions, then this is the worst place to go. Dr Rambally likes lovely looking pets to handle. She did not touch my dog and stayed away from him like the plague. She basically refused to do anything and kept referring us to Westville and always mentioning the cost of things. We had to force her to perform at least one test on him, which she did but was once again more focused on the cost. My beloved pet was so unwell, he was blind and ended up peeing in the room. She was mortified and actually scolded him!! Is this how a vet should behave??? We eventually went Queensburgh and he was the most gracious and accomodating vet ever and who also touched and played with my dog. Sadly my dog passed away in December. Today, 6 months later I get a phone call from them saying that I owe them R130. I have been taking my pets to them since forever and this was the most disappointing ever. Will never ever go there again and I will never recommend anyone to go there.

I placed an order on 22 Jan Waited till 2nd Jan then I decided to email and also phone. The operator said that she would raise a query. All three of my emails sent were basically responded with am apology, they have escalated the query and are awaiting feedback even tho I said in my last mail that I don't want the response. So I did get a call two days ago. He said he will be on top of it and call me back the same day but didn't. I had to call again and was told that it was being dispatched manually. I'm still waiting not knowing where my parcel is. I have no tracking number and I'm the one who has been consistently following up. For a company as huge as this??
