BE CAREFUL WHEN CONSIDERING ANY SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Make sure you listen carefully to everything they say, word by word, otherwise you will find yourself with a policy you never intended taking with them! They basically sneak in a policy when reading out the TCs and completely deviate from what the initial call was about, so BE CAREFUL that when they read out this TCs that nothing extra has been added without your consent!!! This company is a legalised FRAD COMPANY!!! Worst experience ever! They are quick to make a call regarding money owed to them but slow to respond to policy cancellation requests!!!
When I bought my car a year ago, I had Beame installed and the device was fully paid for. There was no other service that I had signed up for other than the tracking device. However, my account has since been debited every month. I have been trying to contact them since January and have asked my car dealership to jump in and communicate this with Mix Telematics. The matter has still not been attended to or finalised. Instead, I am receiving endless messages about my account being in arrears. I have just hung up on a call to them, after being put on hold for exactly 28 minutes. This after being rudely transferred by a consultant who did even take the time to listen to my questions. My credit profile is being affected by this. Can someone from Mix Telematics please attend to this ASAP. This is frustrating. I have wasted time, energy and airtime on this!!!
I have been a member of this union ever since I started working three years ago. Every month they deduct their fee without hesitation. However, recently in February , when I consulted them in desperate need of their help, all I received from them was absolute disappointment. I have sent them several emails and have called them on many occasions. But they have failed to get back to me or at least acknowledge the seriousness of my case. I do not know if perhaps it has to do with my being black, because all my white colleagues have never had such issues with naptosa. . . Either way, naptosa has proven to be a pathetic and non-helpful and unprofessional union. Absolute disappointment! !!
I have called and emailed Naptosa countless times with the hope that they would assist me with the issue I am experiencing with the GDE. HOWEVER, Naptosa has not responded, at all! Why am I paying a union that does not take priority in assisting me in my time of need???
