I have been dealing with Medicross Benoni Dental for the past two years and every time a procedure needs to be done, they don't follow the necessary policy in order to get pre-authorization. They deal with medical aids everyday and should know by now what procedure needs pre-authorization. I have had to pay in over R5000.00.
I tried Makro online in November last year and was pleasantly surprised on the great online discounted deals. I ordered two weeks ago and mistakenly selected the wrong store location. I phoned in, although you can do it online with a chat as well, with no hassle the order was cancelled, and my money refunded a couple of days later. What a great experience. Well done to all the agents.

These days we are so quick to advertise bad service. I would like to commend esp Foster for always being professional even when we had an issue with our 6 month old corner lounge suite. He patiently assisted us when we sent the lounge suite back for the second time. After looking everywhere else we eventually decided on new couches from House & Home. Thank you to you, Jean and the manager for your excellent customer service.
I would like to thank the team and esp Asemahle at the Parklands Tafelberg Furnitures store for your promp response when we had an issue for the second time with our Truform mattress that we bought four years ago. We had moved to Jhb and there were no reps in the area. They arrranged for a new mattress to be delivered from Cpt. Thank you so much for professional customer service.
We purchased blue light blocking glasses from Clicks Irene, but it had a flaw in it. We went to Clicks Harvest Place to replace it. One of the employees greeted us very friendly at the door and immediately helped us. Took us to the glasses section. Even though they did not have the same or similar product he went above and beyond by getting us a refund, after he had to search for the barcode. Thank you so much. #MothersDayTreats
Taheera from Citiq promptly contacted me to try and resolve my issue with the purchasing of tokens. There seem to be a problem with the communication between the provider and the banks. Or perhaps load shedding is also to blame. Beside this problem I must say her customer care is commendable. Citiq just need to train their WhatsApp correspondents to be more caring.
This must be the most inadequate service provider that I have ever used. The app does not work to purchase tokens. Then when you ask for help on the WhatsApp number they get rude. You must use the website and then the link between the site and the bank hangs for hours. Not to mention you need to guess which one will work, EFT or card. VERY FRUSTRATING
I am very disappointed in the customer service I experience from Edgars, not only one store (N1 city, Bayside, Canal Walk), overall the whole experience is disappointing. In Jan I purchased two work pants from N1 City and when I enquired as to where I can find another one, the response "we can`t see stock at other branches" and that's where it ended. They don't even offer to find out and get back to me. The staff all over is very unfriendly and unapproachable. I am not surprised that Edcon folded as they did not look after the main asset - their customers. I have had the account for 17 years and are considering closing my account.
I would just like to commend Shaun and his team for correcting their misfit the second time round. You handled it very professional and was even prepared to work on a Saturday.
