Bought a Legion Go last year, now 2 months out of warranty the unit dies completely with a know defect that should be convered by warranty. "power delivery circuit or mainboard failure" Not only that there is no Lenovo centre in South Africa to even do a paid repair and there are no other Lenovo approved support that can repair the issue as Lenovo does not provide parts to correct the Defect. Oh and good luck trying to even send Lenovo a message, it all throws you back to their Whatsapp Bot which just repeats the same useless Troubleshooting guides that even Chat GPT provides better options. I was going to buy the Legion Go in the next month, but am actually glad this happened just before and knowing this now I will not take the risk on any of their products ever again and I had friends who were also looking at the Handhelds who will not take the Risk either. Stay away from Lenovo.
This is the First hello Peter I have ever done because this is too much now This is now the Second Time this has happened with Netflorist First was September last year, I ordered a Queen of Hearts Bouquet to be delivered, a dozen roses half white and half red. What was delivered was 10 Red Roses, which is a slightly cheaper variant I replied view email and asked what was the Issue and have yet to receive a response. The Second happened today on Valentines I ordered a two Dozen Rose Bouquet to be delivered, with a Love red ribbon. What was delivered was a One dozen Roses and Love Balloon, which is a vastly cheaper variant. I have tried the call center but have been hung up on once so far and am now still on Hold. This is not acceptable business practice.
