I've ordered the Nike Airforce 11th August 2021, paid immediately via EFT. My order was delivered 16th August 2021, 5 minutes after I've received my order, I called the company to complain that the sneakers are knock off's. I was told to send a request for return/refund via WhatsApp (061 134 0710), which I did, immediately and I also send an email to dripshopza@gmail.com /sales@dripshop.co.za Tuesday, the 17th August, I called, sent a WhatsApp and email to the returns@dripshop.co,za Wednesday, I called, sent a email and WhatsApp. The response, I got today was "Can I prove if the sneakers are not original not knock off's". Which, I found very insulting, that I'm being questioned if I know the quality. All I want to return those sneakers so, I get my money back. From the website, I states that returns or refunds should be logged before 5 days and I they are delaying purposefully, that I don't get my money back. We ordered and paid for the walker on the 23rd April. We were promised that it will be delivered the next day, it's almost 2 weeks now and we haven't received the walker. They are ignoring our calls and our messages on whatsapp. We want our money back. We are going to open a fraud case against Baby Blue Accessories, they are FRAUDSTERS!!
To whom it may concern. I bought shoes cash last week at Rage in East Rand Mall, unaware that they are too tight for me. Only when I got home I realized that their size 5 was a bit small for for me. On Tuesday, I went back to the store to exchange the size and I was told that they didn't have the size 6. Now, because I didn't want any shoes expect the once I bought, I asked for the refund. The sales lady told me that according to the store policy they don't allow refund. I was totally appalled by that response. I was told either I get a different pair or there's nothing they can do for me. Immediately, I checked the receipt for "no refund policy" there was nothing mentioned on the receipt, I even checked inside the store there was no mention of that policy. Can someone please assist me with that "no refund policy at Rage" I mean there is a refund policy at other big stores in South Africa, why not Rage? It's easy for them to take our money but not refund us when we are not satisfied with the product? Regards, Angry Customer.
