Terrible Booking experience
I asked to cancel a booking, 21 days ago and I'm still waiting. 13 days since I last received a email. Not only did I receive bad service, but the business practice is horrific. I made a booking 4 months in advance and had to cancel the very next morning. 4 months and they policy is they are taking 20% of the money for doing nothing, they still have oppertunity to fill the booking and all they offered was credit for the full amount. This is a terrible business model. I wouldnt want to book with you ever again. Worst booking experence in South Africa.

Unprofessional, late and bad customer care.
Staff was friendly at face value. I took my a pump for a quote for a repair. I handed in on a Thursday and they said they would send me a quote on Monday. Monday came and gone, Tuesday came only got it a week later on the next Thursday. I was patient and didn't make a fuss. But then came the quote, when I handed it in i asked what a usual repair costs and a guy said between R500 - R1500. The quote i received was over R2000 rand for "BEARINGS, SEALS". Of course I don't want to spend that money on a service. Then the worst part was they just handed me a box of parts and didn't even care to put it back together. It felt more like they where scamming me to buy a new pump. Would never recommended these people.
