I have made an online purchase on the 01/12/2022, for 2 PHONE BAGS, as well as a handbag strap. I received the order (02/12/2022) , however the order was incorrect. Instead of 2 phone bags and 1 handbag strap, I received 3 handbag straps with NO bags. If you saw the description on the app, it clearly said RHINESTONES STRAP PHONE BAG however I only received the straps and not the PHONE BAG. A week later when I went back on the app WOOLWORTHS changed the description and pictures of the product! I’m extremely disappointed in Woolworths, firstly I haven’t received what was advertised and what I ordered and on top on it I haven’t received an apology from them!
I ordered products online only to receive HALF of what was advertised online! I’ve been calling online for a week and still no feedback I was told that the product I received was correct but wasn’t what they advertised online! I have all the images and emails to proof that they false advertised a product and now I’m sitting with products that I can’t use!

I applied for an ADSL line and they said it will take up to 7 to 21 days but I'm literally waiting for over an month now and it's still with the network department. I've been calling them but no progress at all, they tell me the same things over and over and when they escalate the order and i call to follow up on that they just give me a new reference number. This is ridiculous Telkom won't respond to any complaint, they really don't care about their consumers. I was really impressed by their service before NO MORE. If this continues I won't recommend anyone to go with them
