I was involved in a car accident with Renasa client on the 25/11/2019, my car was rear ended by a drunk driver . The driver admitted of his fault and gave me his insurance number to claim for the 3rd party , then I contacted his broker (Liza campherb) waited long till she sent my claim to Darryl at St Paul underwriters . Darryl advised he awaits for the reply from OCLS specialist .from Darryl I got transferred to vanessa *********** after almost 6 months patiently waiting for the claim to be approved. But Vanessa also sent me to *********** whom she declined my claim yet the photos of the vehicle shows the car was on the breakdown lane on the time of an impact. I believe to get your claim approved with Renasa you need to involve your attorneys

Hi ??as I write this email I'm in deep shock how Sikholiwe treated me at Shell garage in Maidstone. I smell of fuel as she didn't only direspect me but also pure fuel on my pants.. Thanks to Thabani (petrol attendant) who assisted me nd refuel my car as Sikholiwe wanted to fuel her friends car first whom came after me but he got to be attended first. I'm very not happy because my taxis also refuel at Maidstone but the service i got bulllshiiiit. I know almost all the staff members there even the supervisor Neliswa tried speaking to Sikholiwe but she turned away and egnored us. Kindly get back to me before I move my fleet association to the nearby competitor AWAITS YOUR URGENT RESPONSE
