I've sent a complain about Capitec Bank last month via hellopeter and a Capitec Bank Agent called me only once and said she'll get back to me within 5 working days, and she was very promising about helping me and getting my bank account activated but even today I'm still waiting. Thanks

I've been reporting to capitec Bank about my bank account but still no help. I was told by the consultants that I should go to the police station and do the affidavit. And I did it more than twice but still that doesn't help. At the bank they told me that a ***** has been picked up in my account with the amount of about R11000, and I told them that I do know where the money is coming from; as I stated on one of the affidavits that there was a time I was helping a friend who works for an insurance company to make a sale and i don't know what happened. And again I stated that I was ****** at my place by a white man who claimed to have an appointment with me and then the next thing he got away with my phone which it had all my information in it and as my phone didn't have an unlock code. I did everything capitec Bank asked me to do but still no luck with my bank account being activated. The worst part is I still receive money in that account, like my Sassa grant and there's nothing I can do.... please please please. Capitec Activate my account. There's My money in there. They can keep that R11000. I just want what's mine.. thank you
Had a bad cashier assistance. The last was very rude and cheeky with a stinking attitude. Well what happened is my friend left a disprin by his cashier point so the lady asked me very rudely that how am I going to get out of the shop because my receipt had no disprin. I then responded that how did my friend get out with things that are printed on his receipt but he doesn't have them on hand. Then she said I smoked wanting to make fun , even his manager didnt serve justice. I hada bad bad bad service.
The guy who works there his service is always of great excellence. He should be an employee of the year. He serve the food with love. I'm a happy customer and I always take my timewhen I buy food but he always have patience for me and my friends. Big up .his name is Zack or something.
Livhuwan gave me a bad stinking attitude when she could've easily explained to me how the museum operates. Well I was on tour with a lady from America and I was supposed to be her guide through the museum bit Livhuwan made me pay when she could've just said if you are a driver or a tour guide you don't have to pay. But she made me pay. She gave me attitude and made me a fool in front of all the tours that were there. She looked down on me as if I'm not a South African. She didn't even have a name tag batch on. I saw her name on the receipt number 151. I was humiliated, she deliberately embarrassed me. I am not happy as this was my second time at the museum and the first time I didn't pay. Why why why did she act like as if she didn't do any customer service. My American tourist was also embarrassed and our tour around the museum wasn't great at all because Livhuwan spoiled everything. She's a bad apple that spoils the punch...
