I thought l would never come here again with this kind of review but l see l keep financing a business that keeps taking advantage of my loyalty and its almost a week no network nothing and each and everyday they talk about escalating the problem,but l think they ascalating the lack of network and l wonder why they even bother being in this Fibre business because clearly they are clueless,l came here because l have exhausted all avenues spoke to supervisors,technicians(wonder if they are real technicians) and customer care and no solution besides me watching the days go by whilist my neighbour with Rain 5G is streaming and working seamlessly like he owns the network
After a huge struggle with Pluxnet, a very dedicated and caring employee (EVANTHIA) made all efforts to get hold of me to check if my internet has been restored and not only that, she went an extra mile to help me with all the other issues that had been outstanding for a while.This outstanding service took me back in time and reminded me of why l chose Pluxnet as the preferred service provider, "personalized service and unmatched". Thank you Evanthia, now l can say l have a future with Pluxnet.
Very disappointing service,l mean don't you think when we pay we depend on your service,the whole day no internet,no communication from them,infact Satday and Sunday no service and today still no communication no apology ,yet we pay them fully,l think l must take legal action against this service provider
I think it's time this service provider accept that they are not competent enough to be in the business of fibre and internet,the whole month no internet
it's been three days no internet no communication from the service provider and worse the call center is helpless,these people are really taking advantage of customers who are desperate for a service
We can't begin a new year with poor service,looks like our complaints will always fall on deaf ears maybe it's time to switch to a committed service provider,begining of Month there was no internet,mid month there was an outage,now end of the month is the same,but l paid for the whole month please contact me on 0659260740 maybe l can even help you strategically to keep your internet on
Dear Pluxnet Support Team I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the persistent interruptions to my fibre service. Despite my numerous complaints lodged weekly, the service continues to go down regularly, causing significant inconvenience.As a customer,l make payments for the whole month,but half the month l do not have connectivity. Reliable internet connectivity is critical for my daily activities, and the ongoing issues with your service have not only disrupted my work but also negatively impacted other aspects of my life. The lack of a lasting resolution to this recurring problem is frustrating and unacceptable. I request that you treat this matter with urgency and provide a concrete solution to ensure consistent service. Additionally, I would appreciate an update on the status of my complaints and the specific steps being taken to resolve this issue permanently. If this situation is not resolved promptly, kindly hand over the service to other reIiable service providers who can meet our expectations for reliable internet connectivity. As l mentioned last month that with Pluxnet you pay for the whole month and receive half the month of service,these guys really do not know what service is and as l am writing this review l haven't had network the whole day and they are not even bothered,l would never recommend them to anyone ,very useless and unreliable
Worst service provider,we pay for a full month and only receive service for half a month,need to be reported and taken out of this internet fibre business,they don't know what they are doing,anyone thinking of Fibre Internet,please forget Pluxnet
I am so disappointed at the manager at Checkers Northriding,the Shop is a mess,in particular the fridge from Dairy maid is hidden and if you don't ask around you will think they dont have it at the shop,l got sick of asking and alerted the manager as a customer,well in response he replied me in a ****y way saying "He knows where the Dairymaid Fridge is at,if l don't see it its my problem."this was on monday the 16th Of November 2019,l even took a picture of the hidden Fridge.
