I ordered from Chris in the past. This time it did come with some frustrations - not so good communication initially and I almost thought I was ****med. However, once I got hold of him he had the order delivered within 1 day. Reason for my review is that it seems some people think this is a **** website - not the case at all. If you want to get the best price online but willing to wait a little bit longer for your order, I can recommend Chris. I received my order within 7 days from placing the order.
I have been trying to cancel a landline/adsl since 20 July 2022 after my monther passed away - As executor of the estate, I send 2 e-mails to 2 different addresses (as given by telkom customer service) . no luck. I have been to the telkom store 3x, received confirmation and a case nr from the supervisor that all is sorted. Yet...after all that time again today I am told the line is not cancelled. I keep getting billed. Had a cup of stong coffee this morning, and tried again. Were given 4 different contact numbers - keep runningin circles. Have been on the line for 47 minutes in total. NO ONE CAN ASSIST or the linesimply goes dead after a couple of minutes. How is this possible ????????
PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE - 011 289-2222 I downgraded my service via the help centre on 30/10/19 - effective 01/11/2019. I was given the new amount that would be due on 1/11/2019 and the operator confirmed that my service has been downgraded. On 6/11/19 I received a sms that I am overdue with my bill, and it comes down to the fact that I am still on the Premium package. After several attempts and being cut-off, I finally spoke to someone who could see the note on the system that I actually did downgrade on the 30th. But I was still on PREMIUM. She then downgraded my package effective 7/11/19, but now I am responsible for the pro-rata PREMIUM rates for 6 days. I do not accept that since it isnot my fault that it want not done. I was then put on hold... On hold now for 40 minutes..... Should I stay on hold forever or are there any plans of assisting me..... or is that DSTV's way of getting rid of customers who don't accept their excuses ???? UNACCEPTABLE !!!!! Why should I pay for DSTV's incompetence?
