I am just writing up on my review from yesterday.I received an sms from homechoice stating that the order will be dispatched soon but they called me saying they managed to stop the order. Please see below for the sms I received from homechoice this morning. Your HomeChoice parcel PFS ********** 4 was despatched today & our courier will deliver in a few days. The receiver's ID is required on delivery. Enjoy your order.
On the 21.02.2018 someone placed an order on my homechoice account and that was not me which means it was a fraudulent order. As per homechoice the order was placed via sms which I never do.My argument about this is that I never received an sms stating my number has been changed and sending an sms to state that my number has changed was suppose to be the proper procedure and they would have known it wasnt me.I only received an sms stating that number after I complained.How can you (as a professional company) take an order via sms without doing any verification.I am dead sure they had many similar fraudulent situations before if they can tell me what's happening and what to do.My account now with homechoice has been blocked and I have been marked as suspect customer which means my whole reputations at homechoice is ruined! Please can you help.
