Rentoza and refund
My relationship and Rentoza has been a great one until I ordered another appliance which they declined now I want my refund it's been 18 working days they are giving me a run around and sending me to my bank, I don't know for what as the bank says if money is not in the account they are not responsible Countless exchanges every 2days where they tell me the refund processed wait 3-5 days wait 5-7days waiting 14days
