Do NOT, I say do NOT register with them(initially it is R19, they advertise old listings and before you trial runs out they deduct R750 and there is no way you will get a refund. money LOST0 replies

The worst experience ever. Day 12 of not being able to activate my line, which I have had for over 5 years(not new), with new ISP. They cannot even cancel an order on there system. Pathetic.1 reply

Wanted to give zero stars, but does not allow
The worst service ever experienced. Paying for 200/200mbps line, but receiving only 93/45mbps , since Jan 2024. I have cancelled once telephonically and 4 times via e mail since mid Feb 2024. Still nothing, everytime "sorry to hear, please let us know how we can improve"(They cannot). Speed tests (4 test to be run) being submitted due to low speed but no feedback on outcome. When you log a complaint, again you submit speedtest and still nothing gets done on their side. Please stay away and go to someone that is more reputable and maybe a very littlebit more expensive.0 replies
