Do NOT, I say do NOT register with them(initially it is R19, they advertise old listings and before you trial runs out they deduct R750 and there is no way you will get a refund. money LOST
I have been a client for just over 7 months, and sofar I have only experienced excellent service.
The worst experience ever. Day 12 of not being able to activate my line, which I have had for over 5 years(not new), with new ISP. They cannot even cancel an order on there system. Pathetic.
The worst service ever experienced. Paying for 200/200mbps line, but receiving only 93/45mbps , since Jan 2024. I have cancelled once telephonically and 4 times via e mail since mid Feb 2024. Still nothing, everytime "sorry to hear, please let us know how we can improve"(They cannot). Speed tests (4 test to be run) being submitted due to low speed but no feedback on outcome. When you log a complaint, again you submit speedtest and still nothing gets done on their side. Please stay away and go to someone that is more reputable and maybe a very littlebit more expensive.
Probably the worst experience I have ever received, Their office hours are from 07:00 to 17:30, phoned every 10 min from 07:00 until after 08:00 to get a "hello", very unprofessional, queried a ticket from previous day to be told 3 different stories. After a while they will contact me immediately for callout, still waiting. Phoned back after a couple of hours got a "hello" again and had to ask if it is a business or what. Shocking to get the run around again.
What an awesome experience, went to Greenstone branch on Saturday to buy office chairs. Everybody was so helpful and friendly, especially Deidre Klaasen, you were a rock star. Keep it up guys.
I have shown interest in one of the plans regarding pet insurance on Hippo compare. Dotsure phoned me that evening but apologised that they will phone me the next morning due to loadshedding to start on their side. I have not taken their calls since and a couple of days later R450 was deducted from my account, without deciding on any plans. Very disappointed as this is the second time doing business with them
