So called "attorney" from hell
What an ignorant person i had to deal with on 19/06/2021 by the "head of legal" is what he called himself I had an enquiry about about the vaccines being charged to my medical aid. I called and a lady explained to me as to why it was charged to my medical aid. Unfortunately the call disconnected but i was happy with her response and understood. She was calm and informative when she was explaining the reasonings. A few minutes later, i received a call from someone else. His/her tone was harsh and sounded as if he/she was shouting me for making the enquiry. Nevertheless, i listened to what he/she had to say. But whenever i wanted to say something i was cut off short. He/she never gave me their name and kept saying they are an attorney blah blah blah. He/she also said they listened to my call before calling me as if to threathen me. I hope all the call are recorded because im mortified of the service. He/she cut my call and 3 times after each time i tried calling to speak to a store manager they refused to me to speak to a store manager and said i was being abusive and this is all "too much". So i asked to speak to someone that could handle my query. They refused to give details and their name hence i am using he/she. There was no need for this so called attorney to call me and worsen the situation when the 1st lady i spoke to already explained everything to me. I am a 34 yr old woman, an adult and i understood the 1st lady. I would like this so called "head of legal" at pharmacare windermere in durban to be dealt with. His attittude and behavior was pathetic and i dont understand how he became an attorney of justoce when he cant handle a smal consumer query

RUDE OBNOXIOUS COLLECTIONS CLERK AT TFG
Got a call from the collections department numerous times during lockdown. They did not understand the pandemic we undergoing right now. The consultant was rude and had the worst attitude. No compassion or empathy. I always had a high regard for tfg bt after that call. I have lost my respect and hope that tfg learns their lesson and teaches their staff to have manners and not be rude or have attitude. If the whole country does not pay their account. Tfg will have to close if not temporarily. I tried to expllain that i have an underlying medical condition and cannot sacrifice my life for a measely R200 and i dont have access to internet. She refues to hear me out and said she will continue calling as long as i owe and i can report them to the govt for harrassment in this time . If i could use vulgar words to describe the callabre of ppl that work at the call center bt i dont wana be charged. Worse lowlife person i have ever interacted and i hope some1 sees this and the person is fired cz i wudnt want them to treat some1 else the way i was spoken to. THE FOSCHINI GROUP.. PUTRID HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

waste of money
Theres a reason y they call medical aids a scheme cause thats exactly what it is. A scheme to take all ur money all the years and when time comes for u to be treated, they dont cover it. Then they give u al the hope and ask u to apply only to be told ur application wasnt successful. Is my illness not serious enough for u? Or is it because im not paying enough thay u cant cover me? What am i paying 4 then? What is the point of having medical aid when they cant cover u for what u pay premiums for? A medical condition.. u escalate it to the highest people only to be told to follow channels and then be told u unsuccessful . What r there directors in the company for than to sot in the comfy chairs and big airconned offices furnished with our hard earned money to make a decision whether some one lives or not? R we paying the same people that mke decisions for our wellbeing whether we should live or die? Y pay for a medical aid that has exclusions for a medical condition that so many suffer 4rm? Ur veins play an inportant role in ur body and insufficiencies or blockages can be detrimental and the medical aid does not cover cz my option is too low and im not paying them enough to treat an illness? What bull**** is that? I wonder if the roles were reversed and those ppl sitting in their offices making decisions for other ppls wellbeing have to worl their asses of to provide for their families and have to scuff everyday so their families get the comfort and basic care and feel helpless when they cant help them. They should not play GOD!!! HES WATCHING!!! Stay away from discovery. I shall be cancelling and will tell every1 i know.. post on social media abt the putrid unempathetic people that work in that company
