I app**** for a loan yesterday, got a debicheck to approve however I still have not received any money in my account. Also the funny thing is they want to debit my account on the 21st ? Who gets paid on the 21st when I initially requested the loan to be debited on my salary day. I don’t understand this and I feel like this company is a **** why should I have to pay an extra amount to further my repayment day it does not make sense. All in receiving is sms saying that you will debit my account on Friday 21 November but I have not received the loan that I have been approved for. I sent them an email to request the debit mandate date to be changed but no feedback it’s hard to reach out to their customer service that time there is an enquiry made on my credit profile.
This company is not legitimate. I paid them for assistance on my credit profile and they advised it will take 3-5 weeks & its now almost 6 months they dont respond to any of my texts or calls. I dont know how I can go about getting my money back and reporting them because I am sure there are many others like me they have scammed and got away with people's hard earned money. Funny thing they show as a registered company on the NCR however there business address does not look legitimate. Their website no longer works and twitter account de-activated which only means there was no business to begin with just stealing peoples money because they know how desperate people need assistance. Rendani or Livhuwani whatever your name is, you will get whats coming to you.
I would like to know why this company is appearing on my credit report? I just logged into clear score to check my credit report only to see this company who ever they are appear on my report stating I owe them R20000. First of all I do not know who these scammers are never ever have I applied anything with them also this is the first time that I see them appear on my report. How can I get this company removed from my report as they are affecting my credit score.
Last year February 2017 I went to Money24 to inquire about a loan. The lady that assisted me had advised that I would not qualify for a loan because my credit record and therefore opted that I pay out all my accounts first in one installment by means of going under debt review. I then agreed that I want to go ahead with this as I want to clear out all my accounts in order to sustain my future. We then Sat and calculated my total debt and the estimated amount that I needed to pay per month to clear my debt. I agreed on a monthly payment of R3000 in which I should pay +-18 months atleast. For the first 6 months my creditors were calling me and threatening me of not making payments to my accounts. I then contacted Randwise about this and they informed me that my creditors were notified and are being paid. Fine I let that go. Towards the end of the year November 2017 I contacted Randwise for updated statements to see how much I've paid so far. First of all they take their on sweet time to respond to my emails but are quick to inform me if there's anything wrong with my account. I then received the statements and the amount I owed was no where near to what I actually owed. Instead it was way above. I then recently got in touch with them again regarding my statements and again the amount is still way to high and when I calculate this I have to pay another +-15 months or even more with these people??? I have sent emails to them asking why is my owing amount still as high. I requested statements since I started this thing with them. And still today I am waiting. I recently read other reviews about them and they are all bad. I am horrified as to what I got myself into because they are not responding to my emails. Money is being deducted from my account and I don't know where the hell my money is going. The money that I have paid so far to these people would have atleast closed some of my accounts but infact I am paying more to what was said to me in the beginning. I feel that I am being scammed and as a consumer I just want to cancel this whole thing and be refunded in full. This Company is not helping me at all with my financial situation and that money24 people as well they trick people in to going to apply for loans but end up applying people through debt review because they just want to make a commission for themselves and do not care about the consumer. Please help me with this situation.
I recently went to one of Standard Bank branches here in Cape Town to discuss this "honoring fee" of R 130 that was applied to my account as a charge. I have never heard about this fee before nor was I ever charged this fee by Standard bank. I am now sitting with a -R300 worth of standard banks charges right now and when I went to dispute this fee at their branch all I was told was that I had to pay it because I apparently spent money that was not sufficient in my account. How is this even possible??? When I tried to explain to the agent that I had more than enough money that was in my account when I went to do shopping at Pick n Pay on the day I actually got paid, she told me that Stores like Pick n Pay have a floor limit (which I have no idea of), so whether you do not have sufficient funds in your account they will approve your transaction. Is this even a good banking practice??? I have never heard of such nonsense. If I do not have money in my account my transaction suppose to decline. Well this is not actually correct if you have a Cheque card and you purchase at stores such as Pick n Pay. I am not happy about this business/banking practice Standard bank has with these stores and makes me think that they are actually scamming people to try and come up with ridiculous banking charges.
