CAR TRACKER refuses Cancellations

I am very disappointed with Tracker. I have been calling them since May 2023 because they started debiting my account. I called them to give me cancellation letter since they told me even though my contract has ended, they continue on a month to month. Now its July they took R514. Everytime when i call, someone helps and tells me they cancellation is done, only to wake up next month with an additional R120. I have writtEn so many emails to their finance department to no help at all. If you want to install TRACKER in your car Do not Call CAR TRACKER SA. Their service is very bad.

I never received any invoices!!!!! But surprised by a handover

I was handed over to PRS Associates by DX DANCE ACADEMY here in Northern surburbs in at Blouberg. i have never received any invoices from their client and when they called, i requested for proofs. And guess what they did not have anything to show for it, only the invoices which they can create now. Where are the emails that their client sent? All they had to do was being emotional about it. Their application form did not even have their banking details for registration. This company never bothered to do more investigations about this. I guess the only prioritise collecting their own share of which i had to pay also for them to communicate further with their clients. I would never recommend their services to anyone or their client. The end of the conversation was if i do not pay within 20 days my name will be blacklisted. Wow!!!

Unauthorized debits!!!

What is this debit for of R110 on my account, with Ref 1 items 18/02/2018. Why was it debited without my authority? Fnb i have been using this account for so long and this is the fifth time i have seen unauthorized debits from my account. Please undo whatever is happening to my account
