Please can you remove Mweb as your ISP. They do not assist customers. We have been trying for 4 days straight to get our link layer connection up and running again and they are giving us the worst run around. They are a bunch of *********** people and it is going to ruin your reputation because they cannot provide a proper service to your customers.
The service from Mweb has been beyond disgusting. We submitted a move request on the 2nd of February 2026. We called in to confirm the move on the 27th. We were told that once we are in an our new home that she should connect the router and call in for activation. We have been on the phone with Mweb for 2 days straight with no assistance. They transfer us from department to department and confirm that it's being escalated when nothing is being done. Terrible terrible customer service.
I called the Richards Bay office for information with regard to a cash delivery, I spoke to a lady by the name of Shireen and she was extremely rude! She did not even let me finish the conversation before she hung up on me. I then called back, and explained the same set of circumstances to her again. Please note that I would never use your courier service nor would I ever recommend your services to anyone else if that is the service delivery we receive from your staff. My advice is to please let someone else answer your telephone, you will lose a lot of clients if she carries on the way she does. Extremely disappointed!!!
