KEEP ON ADDING FINES
I really disgusted with Vodacom in November my debit order didn't went off, due to insufficient funds, in December I paid the account dubble with a fine off R100. January they didn't debit the account again and added another R100 while there were money in my bank account, I went and paid the account at Absa bank, seeing they didn't took the money. and today I received a notification that Vodacom has debited my account with R420, while I'm paying R219, so I would like to know why the extra money, I so sick of Vodacom, I even cancelled the debits on my bank account so I can pay them straight through the bank, but still they took my money out of my bank account.
