Disappointed client
I'm all about supporting small businesses in our community. This business has poor leadership and communication skills and do not put their clients first. 1st order - I had to call for my refund, which took weeks to reflect in my account. 2nd order, upon collection of the items the incorrect item was handed to me which I refused to load as this was not what I had ordered. I left the item and advised I would be collecting my refund with my deposit. The deposit was paid with no communication of the refund to the incorrect item. I had to arrange to meet with management and explained what transpired on the day and at first Nolan said he did not assist me and after me recalling his memory he remembered with hesitation . It was confirmed that the employee was at fault and yet Nolan still refused to provide me with a refund quoting the T&C of his business. *Cancellation Policy* I'm very disappointed in the manner this was handled as the error is clearly not a Cancellation policy error but a communication error from one employee to another.

Refuse to give back Deposit
They invoice a refundable deposit to your order which becomes a hideous process to receive back. They do not offer the same level of communication when it’s time to refund your money, the owner Nolan Hartzenburg claims that the equipment were dirty although they stated in their contract that we as customers don't have to clean equipment, we even rinse the chafingdishes,on top of that I ask for white table cloths, I received dirty white and cream table cloths, which i can't use, he refuse to pay back our deposit, We hired chafing dishes for R150 per item, he claimed that he charged R100 on per dirty chafing dish, ridiculous, money making ****mer. Unhappy customer

Refundable deposit failure
They first offered great service, great communication from the owner and they delivered right on time especially at short notice. They invoice a refundable deposit to your order which becomes a hideous process to receive back. They do not offer the same level of communication when it’s time to refund your money, the owner became rude and eventually ignored me. No matter how small the amount, it was paid to their invoice promptly and yet they fail to offer the same courtesy. I wouldn’t recommend them nor use their services again.

Beware of this company
I ordered chairs for an event, but the coordinator wrote the wrong date but he asked me to pay for the chairs. I paid and upon seeing the wrong date for delivery on the email, I requested a date change. They did not have stock for me that weekend and I asked for a refund. NO RESPONSE. THEY IGNORE YOU. They do not answer their phones when I call nor reply to emails. R1330.00 WAS ******. Do NOT make use of this company. Their stock is in any ways low quality. I recommend Bloomington Events if you are in Pretoria. They are trustworthy! Shame on you for being shady a business and *****ing money from your clients. I see on their Google revies, I am not the only company complaining about non-deliveries and non-refunds.
