They first offered great service, great communication from the owner and they delivered right on time especially at short notice. They invoice a refundable deposit to your order which becomes a hideous process to receive back. They do not offer the same level of communication when it’s time to refund your money, the owner became rude and eventually ignored me. No matter how small the amount, it was paid to their invoice promptly and yet they fail to offer the same courtesy. I wouldn’t recommend them nor use their services again.
I am having the worst experience with Rain. Ordered my 5G router received well in time only for it to work for about an hour. I have been calling them everyday since I received it with absolutely no assistance from their side. They kept telling me about maintenance of towers and when that was sorted I still had no Internet. My router is clearly not working as I even tried it at my neighbours home. I have called for an exchange, was told they would send a technician and I’d receive a message for this confirmation. I still have not heard from them and still sitting with a router that is not functional.
My parents and I visited the store on Saturday 6 Nov and had an excellent customer experience from the gentleman (James) if my memory serves me correctly who assisted us with our needs, this was unfortunately clouded by the cashier who gave us attitude. This was forgivable after I spoke up and let her know I wasn’t quite happy with her tone. Part of the purchases was meant to be delivered. The driver called me for directions to which I asked he please called my dad as I’m in the middle of an online exam but upon arrival he will find me home to receive the goods. He told me he didn’t know my dad and hung up on me. About 30 minutes later they arrived, this man was so rude to me, he pointed his finger at me as I explained I’d need part of the delivery on a different side of the yard. He exclaimed he only offloads at one spot. It was raining and unfortunately some of the things couldn’t stay in that particular spot as they would get ruined, I made means to get outside help as I couldn’t carry them myself. I tried to voice my concerns to the manager of the store who told me they would speak to the driver upon his return. The two people managed to put (James) good service to shame. It was mentioned some of the staff act terribly when on site and I hope this can be addressed as it tarnish’s the reputation of the company. No one wants to be treated so harshly, it terminates the excitement of the plans you initially had for the products bought. I’m extremely disappointed!
