Fibre internet been off for 2 days going on 3, I've sent diagnosis to both Metrofibre and Wondernet whatsapp channels and received no help. PON light flickering green and the LOS light is off. FIX IT PLEASE!!
Poor service. Lack of interest and willingness to assist clients, been logging tickets for our fibre internet for 2 days now and the response is "send more pictures of the devices" tomorrow will be my 3rd day without internet.
Extremely unprofessional, rude, *********** and negligent staff. Conned me out of my deposit amount (not fairly compensated). Employee Antronica Msiza has absolutely no customer service skills, was very rude and raised her voice at me as well as was rude to me on email. Took 5 business days for her to answer my queries and got angry when I asked her to simply do her job without me having to follow up every time I sent a query.
Been waiting for my refundable breakage deposit worth R500 since 12-01-2020 I am frustrated with this company!
I've spoken to 6 gautrain employees for the past month about my refund, having to keep giving my information which is extremely annoying. Today I followed up AGAIN and I was told that nobody has worked on my case, after my calling and mailing countless times EVERY WEEK since November. I am furious!!
