Balcombs Interior are the worst

I placed an order for Dining Set since 1 of April 2023 paid in full and they have failed to deliver up until this day have been patient with them but they keep on telling lies, been promised a refund since 28 September that the money will be in my account on 30th of October, but ever since then I have been getting excuses after excuses

Refund

Did an online order for washing machine with online Game store and payment went through on the 31st January but no order was created for me for about 2 weeks and ended buying a washing machine somewhere and requested a refund at online Game where by proof of payment was sent to them and everything but still I have not received my money back amount of R4298.00 till to date. Refer email used to communicate with online Game store was ********** cellphone number ********** 535. Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
