Purchased toys and was given all 3 of the same despite asking an the attendent **** and said its all different, they market the toys but refuse to open the boxes to give customers to ease their stock take totally wrong not worth it
I would like too commend the 3 staff of Absa Phoenix branch branch for their exceptional service I visited the branch as I locked my banking app the efficiency.,care they took tto ensure they got me Goingg before I left the doors was greatest ever. The front desk personnel Kristen Narand always bubbly,always wears a genuine smile and the ability to direct u to the correct service station is impeccable, Devan Marimuthu whom was the consultant who attended to me was so efficient friendly and knowledgeable together with hh Christobell Mabaso whom. Give u time, they listen to ur needs and attend to u diligently, ABSA needs more staff like them. This is why I refer u guys and I'm blessed to bank with a bank that doesn't just want sales and Money from clients but takes clients needs and request as priority, products were offered but not forced well done guys u rock, Will pop in soon just to. Mum and I visited cornubia mall on Friday and she purchased the special 2 pies for R50 with juice or coke we bought 2 peri peri 2 chicken and mushroom and 2 vegetable curry pies, mum fasts on Fridays and we all consumed our first pies at lunch and the 2nd at supper, to mums surprise she bit into a steak and kidney even though the tray had vegetable curry and the chicken and mushroom and peri peri chicken had trays but it stated Magpie for those that are veg or fasting please do not consume to be safe and we don't eat steak ever yet they made her eat and made such a big error so how many are incorrectly labeled MAbaker please check on this as something like this should never happen
As a frequent shopper and loyal customer to Clicks for many years, it was appalling to visit the Clicks Phoenix store which has a new manager whom has terrible attitude and disregard for customers I've been shopping there for years from medical to essentials that was my number one store, the staff know many of their customers as we become a family over time, rather disgusted with approach and misleading events that occured there on Tuesday last week 20 October 2020,3 for 2 stickers have been placed on multiple items and as a clicks shopper for me this is what clicks is known for when they place there 3 for 2 stickers, I picked those with purple stickers and when I approached the counter was charged full price for all merchandise, I was disappointed, as wasted time shopping on the belief and trust that I had picked up these specials, staff weren't happy with the idea as they were well knowledge that these stickers should be put up for its sole purpose and at the time of the real 3 for 2 special, thus is false and misleading to the consumer and when I asked for the manager, she was arrogant from the onset never listened only wanted to dictate, her answer its just a sticker it serves no purpose and doesn't mean 3 for 2, and they getting ready early before the rush n special runs, thus is not acceptable and definetly a lie to your loyal clients, if this was the case this would have happened many years, many occasions and all stores can put sale tags a month or anytime earlier to get ready, service levels dropped there majorly most times 1 person cashing with a queue, with 4 people at the counter just bundling together chatting, how is this even possible, I still paid for the merchandise I took but don't trust Clicks as I did before and makes me wonder how do we sustain our business and clientele if we lie, mislead and have people in management role who cannot take care of a customer how then do they lead or have trust from a team.
