absolutely shocking service. why on earth does it take forever for you to bring a coffee and then not bother to take our food order. still after getting up and asking for a waiter you still never came to our table. you wont see me again bud. your prices suck too
so this is the second report I'm writing to warn others of the perils in dealing with vodacom fibre. we ordered fibre on the 14th Nov 2018. Still nothing. Have been phoning almost daily and they put you on hold listening to music for hours on end. Still no feedback from them on the earlier report where they said that they would contact me. all lies and bs I tell you. we are now looking at cancelling and sourcing other service providers. 3 x months and counting. it truly doesnt get more pathetic than this
so we ordered Fibre from vodacom on the 14th November 2018, as as today's date , we are still awaiting the installation - going into the 3rd month now. if this is the service we are getting now one shudders to imagine what to expect down the line. it is a mind boggling scenario where e mails go unanswered and nobody is able to offer a time line this is my experience with these and just a heads up to others,maybe look at other service providers?
Hi Guys, so we spent 17k with Kevin of pool connexion just over 3 years ago to have our pool fibre glass lined he gave us a 5 year guarantee but the pool has started to leak now , and have made two appointments with him to come and have a look of which on both occasions he simply never pitched, now he doesn't answer his phone and wont return any calls. sad isn't it hey just a heads up to those who are thinking of using him, maybe not such a good idea
So I had a motor vehicle accident and ended up renting a car from Avis Isando, all was well until i received an SMS addressing as Mrs. This upset me no end. I called and emailed and was told an apology would be forthcoming still nothing to date a week later! how rude is that
