The following was my review on Google Maps regarding Pedro's Woodview It is a pity that I have to delete my 5 star review into a new 1 star review. My emphasis on this star rating has to do with multiple disappointing visits. Firstly, my pick up was delayed by 3 muslim men who took no less than 5 minutes at the only till that was opened (time was around 19:45 today - 26 Sept) Secondly, my instructions were not followed when I asked for the full chicken to be cut into 4 PIECES & NOT 8 PIECES! Also, I specifically requested for extra basting (STATING THAT I'M WILLING TO PAY FOR THIS) yet that instruction was also not followed. I do not trust Pedro's anymore & will make sure my order is specific before paying next time (an unfortunate measure that I have no choice but to take) I have also entered the following review onto the Woodview branch on Google Maps, hence, the mention of review at the start of this description.
This review is regarding the branch in PHOENIX next to the china shop. Apart from the place being small, it's my BIGGEST CONCERN that I saw the lady TOUCHING my waffle with her BARE HANDS. It's hot these days - regardless it's a very unhygienic & unprofessional thing to do. Staff isn't friendly either. Please advise the staff to use gloves when handling people's food. That is absolutely disgusting.
I definitely do feel like I have been ****med by the promoters at Phoenix Plaza getting people to sign up for Clientele Perks. The lady who signed me up said I would be given a free period whereby I can try the service, enjoy December a little more AND only start paying at the end of Jan 2024 - My account was debited at the end of Nov 2023. For this I will never sign up any promotions on the spur of the moment like that anymore. Thank you Clientele Perks for teaching me not to trust promoters who live off commission/sign ups. Please do not contact me apologizing as the only way I would've been satisfied would've been a refund of the R140 as I have never downloaded the app or proceeded with using the service.

Starwood Escape Gym has poor service! Unhappy with the service we tried to cancel the membership, even tho the cancelation fee was not explained in word - the contract said that a 50% fee shall be paid in words yet staff members are asking for 80% of the fee paid

Vuse epods are expensive,they get finished very fast. Sometimes the liquids leak & go into your mouth when pulling. Also now my device isn't charging anymore (bought the device beginning of Dec 2021)

MyVoip connection is terrible.With a previous network i used to download about 750MB 720p bluray movies in half-one hour,with myvoip the estimated time is a couple of weeks. My connection is supposed to be 2MBps but is averaging 40-50kbps #NotEvenExaggerating
