HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ****
So I took my Cavalli heels to Multiserve Raslouw Centre and they ruined my shoes. My shoes were in a worse off condition than when I took them in. The service was horrible. It took them 3 weeks just to glue them. The owner named Peter made promises and delegated to his employee to failed to deliver. If you love your shoes, do not ever go to them.

Unreachable!!!!!
I have been trying to contact them for the X-repo show but nothing works. Their phones do not work. You fill out that contact form on their website but nothing. They never contact you back. I am starting to think their X-repo show is scripted and acted out because how do the people on the show get hold of Xrepo when a lot of us cannot? make it make sense please!!

IPSSY"s COMPANY IS A SCAM AND UTTER NONSENSE!!PERIODT!!
The nonsense of a black owned fashion design online shop that Ipssy is running is appalling. I placed an order on 31 May 2021 and to date, I still have not received my order. I called so many times and given all kinds of excuses. My emails and Instagram DMs get ignored. She is rude on the phone and does not care about customer service. I think she is a scam! All she cares about are her influencers and people she knows and when we stop supporting such nonsense we get blamed. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HER EVER AGAIN. I WILL UNFOLLOW HER ON INSTA AND WILL NOT EVEN RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE. SHE IS RUNNING A SCAM OF A BUSINESS!!!!. She must just stop selling to the public.

Nonsense black Friday deals scam
NONSENSE of a black friday scam. I spent the whole day trying to make a purchase and I kept getting errors. Nothing was being added to the cart and when it did, i got errors on the payment step. All the 100% off deals were not adding to the cart and a minute later they are sold out??how because no one was able to make payments? This is a scam. Im ao disappointed in this company.

Clicks are thieves. I bought zinc supplements in August 2020 and come October 2020 I haven't received the supplements because they said they were sold out. I requested a refund but nothing has been done. Darren and Oscar are the agents I have spoken to and they said they would check what is causing the hold up and till today I haven't heard from them. my emails are ignored and when I call the agents say the will get back to me. I am beyond frustrated and I will never use clicks online or the shop ever again. Clicks is such a rubbish of an organisation and I want may money back

SCA****RAUD!!LIARS!!!!
I was scammed by Elite mobile. Their lack of customer service is making it extra frustrating to resolve my issue. Vodacom is also not assisting because the agreement I made was with the scammers named Elite mobile. If they call anyone to upgrade your contract, do not believe whatever deal they give you because its LIES!!! I AM SO FRUSTRATED AND ANGRY!!!

I am frustrated by this organisation. They offered me an upgrade on my Vodacom contract and said I would pay R230 every month but now Vodacom says R356 will be deducted from my account. Elite Mobile has been "Investigating" this issue for 2weeks now and they came back to me saying my bill will be R295. I feel defrauded because that is not the amount I agreed on. I AM DISGUSTED BY THEIR SERVICE!!!FRAUD!FRAUD!

So this joke of a company decided to finally send the order I made on the 29th of April 2020 but sent me broken things. I am really not impressed with their service and the fact that they do not respond to my emails or have a working number is frustrating. THIS SCAM THEY CALL A COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE POLICE.

TERRIBLE!!!SCAM!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!!! I bought things on 29 April 2020 and to date I still haven't received my order. I have sent countless emails and no answer. I have called them so many times, the number is always on voicemail. I am frustrated and so angry that they are scammers. I am going to open a case of fraud against this company. Their lack of customer service is disgusting.
