Ticket Created #1485885 for weeks we have been in communication with you and yet our issue is still unresolved. This truly is appalling service from Webafrica, how can it possibly be this difficult to resolve this issue, its been too long and no one ever gets back to us regarding this issue, we need to work from home and provide general access to our family. This makes absolutely no sense, an individual can take pictures from anywhere (eg.our facebook page) and then create and account with airbnb and not need to provide any proof that he/she owns the property, they simply check a box saying the agree to terms and conditions, yet as the actual owners we are required to prove to you that we own the property for you to basically do the checks and balances that needs to be done in the first place. the least you could do is to attempt to contact the individual who is performing illegal activities using your site and requesting him to provide this information (he will most likely not do anything), thereafter you could proceed to remove the account.
