I'm so disappointed with Mango Airline after taking it from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg on the 4th Nov 2019 at Departure time17:50, Flight JE 548. The flight not stable on numerous occasions while we were on our to JHB, 3 times with thought it was gonna crush and to top it all the landing terrifying. they didn't apologies it was as if its normal while the heard people screaming on 3 occasions during the flight, now i'm scared of flying after what i have experienced on the latter flight. i have traveled the world and it was my first time experiencing such trauma
I BOUGHT PORTABLE HARMAN KARDON SPEAKER IN NOVEMBER AT THE GROOVE DION WIRED, THE SPEAKER GIVEN TO ME WAS ON DISPLAY AS THEY SAID THEY DON'T HAVE STOCK AND THEY INSISTED THAT THE SPEAKER IS STILL NEW AND WAS JUST TAKEN OUT OF THE BOX BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE A DISPLAY AND THEY SAID IT COMES WITH A 12MONTHS WARRANTY. WHEN I GOT HOME I REALIZED THAT THE SPEAKER IS MISSING THE RUBBER STANDS/LEGS, AFTER CHARGING THE WHOLE NIGHT IT DOESN'T GIVE ME THE 8HRS PLAY TIME ON BATTERY AS STATED IN FACT IT DOESN'T EVEN LAST FOR 2HOURS AND IT DISPLAYS RED LIGHT NOW AND THEN EVEN AFTER CHARGING FOR THE WHOLE NIGHT, WHEN THE RED LIGHT COMES ON THE SOUND CHANGES TO A HORRIBLE SOUND. I TRIED CALLING THEM ON ********** 400 BUT THEY NEVER ANSWER. ON THE 4TH OF JANUARY 2019 IN LESS THAN 3MONTHS I DECIDED TO DRIVE TO THE DION WIRED WHICH IS CLOSE TO WHERE I STAY WHICH IS THE DION WIRED IN KOLONADE AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION HOPING THAT THEY WOULD ASSIST BY CHARGING THE ITEM AS I SPEND A LOT OF MONEY BUYING THIS DEVICE BUT IT’S NOT DOING WHAT IT’S MEANT TO DO THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO AS THE GROOVE BRANCH BUT THERE WAS A RUDE LADY AT THAT BRANCH(THE GROOVE)I SPOKE TO OVER THE PHONE WHO SAID I BOUGHT THE SPEAKER BECAUSE I LIKED IT REGARDLESS OF IT BEING A DISPLAY NOT TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THAT IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN TEMPERED WITH WHILE IT WAS A DISPLAY EVEN THOUGH I WAS GIVEN ASSURANCE THAT IT’S STILL NEW BY STAFF. SHE SAID THE SPEAKER HAS TO BE BOOKED IN FOR ASSESSMENT WHICH IS A STANDARD PROCESS. I DIDN’T ARGUE WITH HER SHE SAID I MUST GIVE THE PHONE BACK TO THE LADY WHO WAS ASSISTING IN KOLONADE SO THAT SHE CAN TELL HER TO BOOK IT, I COMPLETE THE BOOKING FORMS AND I WAS GIVEN A DOCUMENT CONFIRMING THE BOOKING WHICH HAS SOME T&C WHICH I HAD TO COME WITH WHEN COLLECTING THE ITEM. 21 DAYS PAST AND I CALLED DION WIRED KOLONADE TO CHECK THE STATUS OF THE SPEAKER BUT I WAS TOLD THAT THE SPEAKER IS STILL IN THE SHOP AND WAS NEVER TAKEN, THE FOLLOWING DAY I WENT TO CHECK AND THE SAME STORY WAS GIVEN TO ME THAT THE SPEAK WAS STILL IN THE SHOP. ON THE DOCUMENT THEY GAVE ME THEY CLEARLY STATES THAT IF AN ITEM IS NOT BACK FROM REPAIRS WITHIN 21 DAYS THEN THAT ITEM SHOULD BE REPLACED OR REFUNDED TO MAKE IT WORSE THE ITEM WAS STILL IN THEIR SHOP AND NOTHING WAS COMMUNICATED TO ME, THE MANAGER WAS CALLED TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHY WAS THE ITEM NOT TAKEN AND HE SAID THAT THE SUPPLIERS WERE CLOSED. I TOLD HIM THAT THE 21 DAYS HAS PASSED AND WORSE THE ITEM IS NOT EVEN AT THE SUPPLIER IS STILL IN THE SHOP, HIS RESPONSE WAS THAT HE DOESN’T WANT TO BE TECHNICAL WITH ME AND THE 21 DAYS END ON A SUNDAY I ALSO DIDN’T WANT TO BE TECHNICAL BECAUSE THE DOCUMENT DIDN’T SAY 21 BUSINESS DAYS INSTEAD ON LINE IT SAID CALENDER DAYS AND AS A CLIENT I DON’T WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THE BACK OFFICE ISSUES. I FOLLOWED THEIR PROCESS AND THE 21DAYS IS OVER THEY SHOULD DO WHAT IS RIGHT AND STATED IN THEIR DOCUMENT IF AN ITEM IS NOT BACK IN 21 DAYS AND NOT TO TELL ME THAT THEY WANT MORE TIME WHILE THEY DIDN’T COMMUNICATE ANYTHING WITH ME.
I have experienced the worst service at this panel beater, incomplete and poor work was done on my vehicle after it was involved in an accident. My car spent over 4 months at their workshop and it was giving to me still in a poor condition. • Poor paint work • Old bumper was repaired and reused while the insurance stated on the assessor’s report that a new bumper should be bought. The old bumper was in serious damage during the accident hence the assessor wanted it replaced with a new one and underneath I could still see the marks from the past. • Covers inside the car missing • Air conditioner not working (blowing hot air) • Assessor’s report said a new mag rim and tyre should be bought and installed but they took an old wheel from another car and installed it on my car. • Gears not working properly the car was unable to go on Sport mode or M mode, it stacked on D. • Left Xenon head light malfunctioning because of the accident impact, not replaced. • Sound on the left wheel when I turn after changing the left wheel arm. • Lies, poor communication and shifting the blame is what I experienced at this Workshop. I saw some of this before I took the car and I was told drive it and see all the thing that I’m not happy with and bring it back. I took back the car to them the next day with list above and I was told by Cindy that the car should have been written off because of the damages and the things they could not get right. My car spend another week with them and nothing was done to it even today. All they do is shift a blame. They do the opposite of what the insurance said they must do and cheat us by installing old parts instead of new once to save money on their side. They are ripping us off insurance clients and King Price is doing nothing about it I still don’t know why insurance companies take our cars to this type of panel beaters.

King Price took my car took my car to the worst panel beater Renew-It Proline Express Marlboro. I received poor service from this panel beater, old parts were used on my car and I was told that even if its stated on the assessor report that new parts must be use but between them and the insurance for saving purposes they use old parts, the car came back with a lot of issue which they still don’t want to fix.
